The challenge

DirectLed rents and sells LED screens to street retail, storefronts, restaurants and events. The product is visual by nature, but the buying decision runs into practical questions: how much it costs, whether it needs construction work, how long it takes and whether renting or buying makes more sense.

The content also had to work as an ad, because the client's main metric is a conversation started on WhatsApp.

What we did

Each month is a series with a complete arc: it starts with the store owner's problem (a dark window, an outdated banner), goes through the objections and closes with the price and a call to request a quote. Half of the content is educational and half is commercial.

The visual line uses a dark background and violet, street and storefront scenes with the screen on, and the price always visible. The carousels explain the process step by step, and the Reels show the panel really working, with no effect faking the glow.
